Sharon Reimer, of Arvada, died Sunday, April 23rd after a brief yet valiant battle with Leukemia. She was 74. Sharon was an active member of Boulder Meeting of Friends and Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO). Sharon found great resonance in Quaker principles: Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality and Stewardship that she followed through all her life and inspired many others to do the same. Loved by many, she will be missed terribly. Consistent with her commitment to outreach, please – in lieu of flowers – consider making charitable donations to an organization that is meaningful to you in Sharon’s name.

Dear Mike and Arbon, Sharon was a wonderful friend to so many. I had the privilege of working with her in the Colorado Symphony Guild. I know she worked on many other boards and communities as well. You traveled together, supported each other. She will be greatly missed by her many friends. May God give you peace and may fond memories soon replace your feelings of loss.

Dear Arbon and Mike,
Didn’t spend too much time with Sharon bur sure enjoyed her bubbly personality when I did. So glad she was able to come out to Florida and tour our Kings Point community. I know you two will miss her terribly. So sorry for your loss. She had a contagious laugh!
Hello, Mike,
Last evening I learned of Sharon’s passing, I am so very sorry, gone way too soon. I called one of my friend’s at CUD, hadn’t talked with her for a very long time and she told me about Sharon.
Mike, Sharon was my hero at CUD, Sharon came to my rescue when things were really awful for me. We would talk, she would counsel and then there would be that contagious laugh ! I had fun the evening we saw Debbie Reynolds live in Arvada. Then, she bought my precious Crown Vic when I moved back to Ohio. Sharon Reimer will always have a special place in my heart and mind. May God comfort you and Arbon and hold you close. My sincere sympathy. xxoo
