Janet Marie (Stockman) Reasor, born 4/4/1951, died 7/16/2024, aged 73, a beloved woman of Boulder, Austin, Santa Fe, Westport, Stavanger, and Oklahoma sadly left our world July 16, 2024. Jan was surrounded by family and love at the time of her passing. She led a fearless life with (un)common sense, quick advice, and the grit and determination needed to get things done. Jan was a great mother, loving Grammy, and terrific wife of 40 years. You could always count on Jan to strike up a conversation as she was engaging and genuinely curious about people. Great to travel with, as she tried to make the world a better place. We will always carry her memory in our hearts.

My heart breaks for you Clayton. Jan was an incredibly smart, caring, honest, thoughtful, loving women. She loved her family dearly and I’m just happy she was able to spent her last years close to them. She was a joy to be around and an inspiring friend. She will be missed.
My deepest sympathies.
Janet
I have been thinking of you all, and wishing I’d seen Jan more often. She never bullshitted me and that was a rare, sometimes challenging gift that I will always be grateful for. Much love to Cousin Clayton, and your beautiful family.
I’m grateful to have known Jan for as long as I did, to call her my friend and for her to be part of our family. Jan expected the best from herself and everyone she loved, and I am a better person for that. I will miss her and our conversations greatly , but will always hold her close in my heart. She was truly loved.
I had a strong feeling to try to get in touch and this popped up. I am shocked and sincerely sorry. May live and healing light surround you all and may she live on forever in our memories.
Clayton you were always perfect for her. Please let me know what happened if you feel that you can.
I regret the time we wasted which could have been filled with adventures.
My love to Emily and Mike,
Terra
2/12/25–Just heard this week about Jan. I knew Jan in HS/College and counted myself as a friend of hers, but lost track of her since then, except once to see her at a HS reunion after she had obtained her law degree. She was always a very popular person with everyone. Kind of a tomboy in way cause she liked kidding around and teasing with all her guy buddies. A real witty, happy and classy person and pretty too! Was so sorry and saddened to hear she had passed away at 73 in July, 2024. Too young for such a person who had so much to give others. My sympathies to her husband,, family and friends. She was a great “gal” and a real pistol! As I do with so many of my HS classmates, I really love her being a part of some of my fondest memories growing up. She made my life a little better and more positive by knowing her and being her friend. A heavenly toast to you, Stockman!! (think “Newman” with Seinfeld emphasis) I/We will miss you.
