Casey Garber left this earth on July 30th, 2023. He was born July, 12th 1997 in Burlington, Iowa. He grew up in a small town on the river in Oquawka, Illinois. He attended school at West Central. In high school he met his wife and they soon moved to Colorado. Casey was good at anything he wanted to do, so amazingly smart and talented. He loved reading, writing, painting, photography, music, cooking, being in nature and riding his motorcycle. Growing up Casey loved spending time with his family on the river. His mom, dad, and sister cherish those memories very much. Casey was very passionate about being vegan and living a healthy lifestyle. He and his wife Madilyn loved hiking and spent years going on many adventures. The thing Casey loved most in his life was being a father to his two boys, River and Rocky, and their baby on the way. He devoted all of his time to making sure his family was always taken care of, he was a very selfless person. We know his beautiful soul is at peace and will forever be with his family. He is survived by his mother and father, Kathy and Bryan White, his younger sister Reagan, his wife Madilyn Erxleben, his children River and Rocky Erxleben-Garber, their unborn baby, and in laws Seth and Jessica Erxleben, and family. Casey was also an uncle to little Genevieve. He touched the lives of so many people and his charismatic nature will be deeply missed.
A celebration of life will be held in Monmouth, Illinois on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at the Country Club from 1-3 pm.
